Dafolo and Adobe have entered into a strategic partnership, where Dafolo is responsible for delivery and support of Adobe's server products in Denmark. Dafolo has the status of Gold Partner and therefore belongs to the category of specially selected partners, who are always abreast of the latest developments and have access to training in line with product launches. All our developers are certified in LiveCycle and provide qualified sparring to our customers in relation to development and support.
Dafolo’s partnership with Adobe goes back to 1996, where we began cooperation with JetForm Corporation, later Accelio Corporation, who in 2002 became part of the Adobe concern.
Adobe's server products are particularly suitable for developing electronic forms and PDF documents that can be integrated with databases and business systems. Adobe's server solutions are based on open XML technology that supports the development of intelligent documents and generation of interactive forms. The goal is to create dynamic sequences that can be used and managed across business processes, which are also adaptable to changes in routines or legislation.
Key words are stream lining processes, reliability and efficiency. Through intelligent and reliable data capture, integration and presentation, complexity and bureaucracy are replaced with automated processes and uniformity, independent of time and place.
Adobe Award for best IT solution to the public sector Dafolo’s citizen self-service solution, Borgeronline®, has won the award for best IT solution from Adobe's partners in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Dafolo was chosen for developing Borgeronline, an intelligent self-service solution that gives Danish municipalities the chance to offer citizens a more effective, higher-quality online service. Through Adobe's LiveCycle® platform, Borgeronline® offers easy form filling with digital signatures. The easy and inviting user interface for the Danish citizens, for example, is built with Adobe Flash® and Flex® technology, data collection is handled by LiveCycle Forms ES2, and applications are processed through LiveCycle Process Management. Paper forms become redundant-whether it involves an application for day care, a passport, or a building permit-and service employees have more time for providing personal guidance. Danish municipalities that have chosen Borgeronline® as the base for their online services, are seeing how automated routines can help increase quality and generate significant cost savings at the same time. Borgeronline® is the preferred citizen self-service solution for approximately 70% of municipalities in Denmark and developed in close cooperation with the Danish municipalities and the national association, Local Government Denmark (LGDK).
