Our ProcesGuides contain help and guidance that, step by step, lead the user through the application procedure. Real time validation of the data reported and reliability for obtaining all relevant documents, mean that the municipal case officer receives more accurate and complete applications, thereby saving time dealing with incomplete applications. Where possible, Borgeronline® ProcesGuides also uses data on the citizen as a basis for immediate decisions, for example, automatic payment into the citizen’s own account.

Upon receipt at the municipality, it will be possible to use the citizen's application as a basis for an immediate decision. To avoid routine tasks and unnecessary re-entering, modules can be chosen for automatic case creation, use of bar coding, process management, etc. If the citizen chooses to print and submit the application by mail, the barcode module ensures capture of data, when scanning takes place. Also here, there is no re-typing.
